Advance ZincTek manufactures zinc oxide and alumina for products used in a variety of applications such as cosmetics, sunscreens and paints. The company received an off-market takeover on 11 October 2023 at 97 cents per share from major shareholder, Mizikovsky Group. To add some perspective, ANO shares are down 53% in the past twelve months and trading at five year lows. The bid was later lifted to $1.05 per share on 11 December 2023. In the past few weeks, Mizikovsky has been aggressively accumulating shares.

Global Lithium Non-Executive Director Dianmin Chen is the only insider to have bought company shares in the past two years. But its been a little bit of an uphill battle.

  • November 2022: $92,300 at $2.31 per share

  • February 2023: $53,100 at $1.77 per share

  • October 2023: $242,000 at $1.21 per share

  • Last week: $162,500 at $0.65 per share
