Mr Glennan has a business background over nearly four decades, in business development, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and cybersecurity. Keith started his career with Hewlett-Packard and later IBM, before transitioning to a career in consulting. Keith has been involved in the founding and growth of numerous businesses in both the private and public sectors, including the re-structuring and subsequent listing of Tesserent Ltd (ASX:TNT), where he served as the CEO and Managing Director. Keith has general commercial experience, as well as very technical and project management skills. He has been actively involved in various start-up companies for the last few years, providing investment funds, strategic advice, and board mentorship, with a particular focus on identifying and optimising company growth.
