David Furstenberg

Mr Furstenberg has held various senior CEO, Chairman, Board member and VP Global sales positions in several publicly traded and privately owned companies, including Comverse (NASDAQ: CNSI) and Audiocodes (NASDAQ: AUDC), Enure, and Vista (a subsidiary of Israel Aerospace Industries). Most recently Mr Furstenberg was the active Chairman at NovelSat and the CEO at InsurBit, as well as a board director at White Cyber Knight Ltd and Insurix Inc., all companies involved in cyber and security businesses in some form. Mr Furstenberg has built a specialty in assisting with the turnaround of high-tech companies through product and market repositioning (as opposed to reduction in force).
