Ms Jenkinson is a businesswomen and entrepreneur with over 25 years of management and consulting experience. She has founded businesses and was the New Zealand woman to list a company on the NASDAQ stock exchange, with DMSC. She also co-founded a customer and employee experience platform, which was sold to the Accor hotel group, and WOW for Africa. She is an company director, sitting on boards including Air New Zealand, Eclipx Group and Guild Group. She is currently the Chair of Unicef New Zealand. She served on the Board of the Bay Area Red Cross and was Chair of the fund raising committee. Prior to her career, She was a Partner at A.T. Kearney in the Finance Services practice where she worked with some of the world's financial institutions. She is currently building a program to supercharge companies who are expanding globally. She is a Director of Harbour Asset Management. She is a member of Risk Committee.

Mr Cottle was the Chief Executive of Australasian Performing Right Association Ltd (APRA) for 28 years until stepping down in June 2018. For the last 21 of those years he also held the position of Chief Executive of Australasian Mechanical Copyright Owners Society Ltd (AMCOS) following the merger of back offices of those organisations in 1997. He was a Director of the Australian Copyright Council and was a Member of the Copyright Law Review Committee. Between 1991 and 2018 he was also a Director of the International Confederation of Societies of Authors and Composers (CISAC) and is the only Australian to have served as Chair of that international body, a position he held between 2005 and 2010. He is a member of the Risk committee.
