Mr Salisbury's experience spans a period of over 40 years with involvement in underground and surface coal, open pit gold, uranium mining and copper mine development. Over that period he has held senior executive positions at The Coteau Properties Company, Energy Resources Company, Al Hamilton Contracting Company, Cordero Mining Company, Kennecott Ridgeway Mining Company, Rossing Uranium Limit, Kennecott Minerals Company, Resolution Copper Mining, LLC (Rio Tinto), and PetroDome International LLC. Whilst working for Rio Tinto, Mr Salisbury was President and CEO of Resolution Copper Company, President and CEO of Kennecott Minerals Company and Managing Director and CEO of Rossing Uranium Limited. Over his career, Mr Salisbury has been responsible for: operating and capital budget development, operating cost control, product quality, profit/loss, engineering, safety, field operations and maintenance, strategic planning, environmental compliance, market development, merger and acquisition analysis, employee relations, community, public relations and government relations at both the state and federal levels. He was also directly responsible for the development, construction and operations of four mines. In addition he was a Leader for Rio Tinto's global improvement program, Improving Performance Together, focused on the development of common improvement processes related to ore and mineral processing across global operations.

Mr McGregor has been actively involved in the oil and gas sector since 2003. He is currently chief executive of O.G. He leads the O.G. Energy Senior Management Committee, driving the strategy for Ofer Global's energy activities. Mr McGregor is also a director of New Zealand Oil & Gas Limited. In addition, Mr McGregor is chief executive of Omni Offshore Terminals Limited, a leading provider of floating, production, storage and offloading (FSO and FPSO) solutions to the offshore oil and gas industry. Omni's operations have spanned the globe from New Zealand, Australia, South East Asia, Middle East and South America. Prior to entering the oil and gas industry Mr McGregor spent 12 years as a banker with Citigroup and Salomon Smith Barney. He is also director of New Zealand Oil & Gas Limited, O.G. Energy Holdings Ltd and O.G. Oil & Gas Limited.

Mr Kellner has held a range of senior executive positions with the Ofer Global Group since joining the Group in 1980. He has been involved in various Ofer Global Group's business lines, with a particular focus on offshore oil and gas, shipping and real estate, and has advised the Ofer Global Group companies on investments in a variety of investment managers, hedge funds and private equity funds. Most recently, Mr Kellner served as president of Global Holdings Management Group (US) Inc where he led North American real estate acquisition, development and financing activities. Mr Kellner serves as a director of O.G. Energy, O.G. Oil & Gas and Cue Energy Resources. He is also an executive director of the main holding companies for the Zodiac shipping group and Omni Offshore Terminals, a provider of floating production, storage and offloading (FSO and FPSO) solutions to the offshore oil and gas industry. As a member of the O.G. Energy Senior Management Committee, he helps drive the strategy for the Ofer Global Group's energy activities.
