Mr Armstrong has a 20-year experience in capital markets. He is currently Executive Director of the Burnham Group Family Office, his family's private investment Group with origins dating back to the late 1920s. Lachlan has experience investing across the market capitalisation spectrum, in both listed and unlisted investments. Lachlan was previously CEO and Managing Director of ASX-listed DWS Limited (and prior to that the company's CFO), a technology services and management consulting business. Prior to this, Lachlan worked with global investment bank JPMorgan.

Mr McGrath is an experienced senior executive with a career managing telecommunications and technology companies in Australia and experience restructuring and turning around under-performing businesses. Peter also has corporate governance and directorship experience having served on several Boards over the years. Peter McGrath is currently CEO and Managing Director of ASX-listed Commschoice (CCG). Prior to this role, Peter was Group CEO of Nextgen Group, ultimately managing the sale of the company to the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan in 2013 for circa. Before that role, Peter was CEO of ASX-listed Uecomm - a corporate and wholesale carrier where he implemented a restructure and the acquisition of the business by Singtel. Peter has also capital markets experience, having worked for ANZ Investment Bank, ANZ Securities and UBS Warburg in corporate finance and equities.

Mr Hannon is currently a principal of Conrad Capital Group, a corporate advisory, and funds management group. Tim has 25 years' experience in the investment and securities markets. He was a former partner of Goldman Sachs, where he enjoyed an 18-year tenure, holding roles such as Head of Australian Equities, Head of Real Estate and Co-Manager of Global Real Estate Securities portfolios. He was also founder and co-manager of the Goldman Sachs Australian Infrastructure Securities Fund, and co-manager of the award-winning Goldman Sachs Emerging Leaders Fund.

Mr Yardley has been a professional Non-Executive Director and Chairman for the past decade following a career in the informational technology and communications sector. He is a board member on the Australian Research Data Commons Limited and a member of the Victorian Government Purchasing Board as well as being an honorary member of the board of the Alannah and Madeline Foundation. After spending more than 7 years at IBM he founded Decision Engineers that was merged with ASI to form Applied Learning that was then listed on the ASX in 1993. He is Member of Risk Committee, Corporate Governance Committee and Human Resources Committee.
