Mr Martin has over 40 years' of experience across energy, utilities, financial services and private equity firms with a focus on business transformation and restructuring in Australia, New Zealand and internationally. Mr Martin is an experienced Chair and Non-Executive Director of both listed and unlisted companies with experience in governance, risk management, major project management and financial management. Greg's prior board and executive roles include Spark Infrastructure Group (SKI.ASX), Santos Limited (STO.ASX), the Australian Energy Market Operator Limited, Energy Developments Limited (ENE.ASX), Challenger Financial Services Group (CGF.ASX), Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand (NGC.NZE), and The Australian Gas Light Company (AGL.ASX). During his executive career, Greg spent 25 years with The Australian Gas Light Company, (AGL), including 5 years as CEO and Managing Director. After leaving AGL, Greg was appointed CEO of the infrastructure division of Challenger Financial Services Group and, subsequently, CEO and Managing Director of Murchison Metals Limited.

Mr Palmer has experience and an international network in the global shipping industry spanning more than 40 years, including senior executive and management positions with the Swire Group, Stolt-Neilsen Limited, IMC Pan Asia Alliance Group and Wah Kwong Maritime Transport Limited. His shipping experience covers ship marketing, operations and logistics, fleet development, vessel financing, and onshore and offshore terminal development and operations. Mr Palmer is currently serving as the CFO and COO of Britoil Offshore Services Ltd in Singapore, having worked in recent years for ship owners in financial, operational, newbuild and turn-around roles. In 2018, Mr Palmer completed a 12-year career as Chief Executive Officer of Pareto Securities Asia Ltd, a Norwegian investment bank.

Mr Pickering joins the board with 40 years' experience in shipping and logistics, including a distinguished career with Stolt-Nielson Limited and the founding CEO of Avenir LNG Limited, both listed in Norway. Stolt-Nielsen Limited has a market capitalisation of circa 1 billion USD (SNI:NO), that provides transportation, storage, and distribution solutions for chemicals and other bulk-liquid products worldwide. More recently, Mr Pickering led the development of an integrated global energy supply business as CEO of Avenir LNG Limited, located in London. Avenir LNG was established as a Joint Venture between Stolt-Nielsen; Golar LNG and Hoegh LNG, before becoming a publicly listed company on the OTC exchange in Norway. Avenir LNG provides LNG supply solutions for off-grid industry, power generation, marine bunkering and the transport industry, including the construction of 6 new small-scale LNG vessels and a LNG terminal.

Mr Carolan was appointed as an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer in 2019 and Managing Director and CEO in June 2021. Mr Carolan has been involved in GEV since the Company's inception in 2016, firstly as an advisor and founding shareholder, before joining the Board as an Executive Director in 2019, responsible for corporate strategy and finance. More recently he has been leading the Company's hydrogen development strategy and business model. He brings capital markets and corporate strategy experience having worked in the Australian capital markets for over 15 years

Mr Triglavcaninhas over 25 years' experience in the international energy industry across commercial, technical and legal aspects of project development, negotiation and delivery. He spent 12 years with ASX listed Liquefied Natural Gas Limited as Group Commercial Manager, developing a range of projects, including the Australian Fisherman's Landing LNG Project, Magnolia United States LNG Project and the Middle East Qeshm Island LNG Project (as Project Director for 3 years). He joined Woodside Petroleum in 2001 as Senior Commercial Advisor, working on a portfolio of renewable energy projects, as well as several merger and acquisition opportunities until 2004. As Business Development Manager of Energy Equity Corporation from October 1992 to March 2001, he was responsible for the assessment and development of energy projects in Australia and Indonesia.
