Domino's Pizza Enterprises Limited (DMP) is engaged in the operation of retail food outlets and franchise service. The Company holds the exclusive master franchise rights for the Domino's brand and network in Australia, New Zealand, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Japan and the Principality of Monaco. The Domino's brand is owned by Domino's Pizza, Inc. which operates within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) pizza segment of the fast food market in Australia and New Zealand.
Incorporated Incorporated in Queensland on 30 December 1983. Name changed from Domino's Pizza Australia New Zealand Limited to Domino'S Pizza Enterprises Limited on 21/12/2006.

Mr Meij started as a delivery driver in 1987 and held various management positions with Silvio's Dial-a-Pizza and Domino's Pizza until 1996. Don then became a Domino's Pizza franchisee, owning and operating 17 stores before selling them to Domino's Pizza in 2001. At that time, Don became Chief Operating Officer and Group Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director in 2002. Don was Ernst & Young's Australian Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2004.

Mr Bourke joined Domino's Pizza in 1993 as a franchisee and in 2001 sold his eight stores to Domino's Pizza. In 2001, Grant became a Director for Domino's Pizza and from 2001 to 2004 he managed the Company's Corporate Store Operations. In July 2006, Grant was appointed Managing Director, Europe. Grant has been a NonExecutive Director since September 2007.
