He is currently the President and Chief Executive of US-based Sauce Labs, a automated testing cloud for mobile and web applications. He is also a Non-Executive Director for Australian cyber security company Sapien, Executive Chairman of international digital transformation company IoTium. He also serves as Wales' Business Envoy to the United States and is a director of the board of "National Conservatoire of Wales" under the patronage of H.R.H. The Prince of Wales.
