Mr Vaughn Taylor
Mr Taylor is currently Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer of AMB Capital Partners (AMB), the global investment platform of the Western Australian based Bennett Family. Mr Taylor has been with AMB since the formation of the investment platform over 10 years ago. He is responsible for executing the investment strategy, expanding the investment platform and portfolio into offshore markets, overseeing the operations and portfolio on a day-to-day basis and sourcing new investment opportunities. Mr Taylor has multi-sector global investment experience and a network, in particular in Australia and the United States. Mr Taylor manages a diversified investment portfolio with regional exposure across Australia, United States and the United Kingdom, and sector exposure across Healthcare, Financial Services, Funds Management, Real Estate, Telecommunications and Infrastructure. Mr Taylor is a board member of multiple organisations both in Australia and internationally, including Cornerstone Health, 4Cyte Pathology, Arrow Capital Partners, Invictus Capital Partners and GB Energy. Mr Taylor also gained certification at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland (USA).

Mr Smith is currently Managing Partner of Focus Capital Partners a Los Angeles and Sydney based venture advisory firm with a focus on resources, infrastructure and industrial sectors with a bias to social impact investing. Mr Smith is a founding member of the Titan Project team and has been involved in the development of the project to date. Mr Smith was previously a Non-Executive Director of BBX Minerals Ltd (ASX:BBX) and a founding Partner and Director of Allos Environmental, Inc., a US-based multi-state integrated waste management business. He was previously a Director at Blackwood Capital Ltd, a Sydney based Merchant Bank, and worked in wealth management at both Euroz Securities Limited (ASX:EZL) and Patersons Securities Limited. Prior to that, Mr Smith was a Business Consultant Executive at Pitcher Partners/Baker Tilly International in Perth and London. Mr Smith is formerly a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Mr Arima has experience in the development of energy and resource projects in North America, establishing management teams and high-quality projects, and has involved in raising equity fund in his career. Mr Arima is the founder and a Director of Piedmont Lithium Limited (ASX: PLL, Nasdaq: PLL), which was involved in identifying and securing Piedmont's lithium project. Mr Arima is also the founder of Hyperion Metals Pty Ltd, the Company which acquired in 2020 and held the Company's Titan Project, a potentially large-scale titanium and zircon minerals sands project in west Tennessee.
