Incorporated in NSW on 14/11/1935 as Carpenter Investment Trustee Company Ltd. Name changed to Carpenters Investment Trading Company Ltd on 12/11/1943; to Carpenter Pacific Resources Ltd on 23/01/1992 and to Carpenter Pacific Resources NL on 21/09/1994. Name changed to Carpenter Pacific Resources Limited on 11/2/2005. Name changed to Marion Energy Limited (MAE) on 23/12/2005.
