Mr Tang is a experienced senior executive at an international level, having built a career of over 20 years at Randstad, currently the world's largest recruitment company. In his time at Randstad, he held senior roles which included responsibility for Randstad's operations in the Netherlands, Italy, the UK and Australia/ New Zealand. He also served as Chief Sales Officer at a global level. Mr Tang brings an understanding of growth and transformation in the recruitment industry. Following Randstad, Mr Tang was General Manager Australia/ New Zealand for Ascender HCM, a private equity owned payroll and human capital management provider. Mr Tang is currently Chief Executive Officer and a shareholder of Make it Cheaper, a privately owned Australian company providing business energy price comparison and switching. He is a Dutch national, now residing in Sydney. During the last three years Mr Tang has not been a director of any other listed company. Mr Tang is Chairman of the Board Remuneration and Nomination Committee and a member of the Board Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee.
