Ms Morton previously served on the boards of several ASX listed and private companies, government and not-for-profit organisations, including as non-executive director and chair of Thorn Group Ltd and Noni B Ltd and non-executive director of Crane Group Ltd, Count Financial Ltd and InvoCare Ltd. She is also appointed Chair of the Risk Committee of FLX.
