Province Resources Ltd (PRL, formerly ScandiVanadium Ltd) offers exposure to gold and nickel involved in exploration provinces in Western Australia as well as Europe's vanadium deposit in Sweden. Skane is located on the Southernmost tip of Sweden with the SkaneVanadium Project situated in Copenhagen, the nearest inter-continental airport. The Project is comprised of 11 granted licences totalling ~220km2.

Mr Martin is a government and public affairs executive with experience in managing a range of issues across multiple jurisdictions. As Chief of Staff from 2017 - 2021 to Ben Wyatt the Western Australian Treasurer, Minister for Finance and Minister for Aboriginal Affairs and Lands, Roger involved in the Government's management of its finances and the State's economic and policy settings. Prior to his time in Government, Roger was vice president of corporate affairs at Woodside Energy. Roger has relationships across industry, government, and non-government organizations. As Chief of Staff to the Treasurer, Roger was the principal contact with chief executives and directors general of the range of government agencies. He supported the Minister on the process to reform the energy sector in Western Australia, supporting the Department of Finance as the government's principal construction agency and working on comprehensive reform of the State's Aboriginal cultural heritage legislation. As Vice President Corporate Affairs at Woodside, Roger had overall responsibility for the company's external reputation and the relationship it had with host communities, governments, media and its own people. The position managed interactions with local, state, federal and international governments in relation to the company's operations, developments, exploration activities and mergers and acquisition opportunities. The role also had responsibility for managing the Company's social investments, branding activities, the company's relationships with indigenous communities and external and internal communications. Roger also managed relationships with the Australian, West Australian and international governments over issues including taxation, carbon pricing, energy policy, transition to offshore developments and local content. Roger is currently a director of private corporate advisory firm Wyatt Martin Pty Ltd, which provides support to corporations on public affairs issues including land access, Aboriginal Affairs and government approvals. Roger also has experience in global energy issues, including the changing global energy mix and technological developments in the production, storage and transport of renewable energies.

Ms Morrison has over 14 years of experience working in private companies in the oil & gas industry, indigenous organizations, not-for-profits, and start-ups. From 2016 to 2019 Kylah worked for regional economic development as the President, then CEO of the Karratha & Districts Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Founding Chairperson of the Pilbara Universities Centre. Kylah has an understanding of risks and challenges experienced by corporates, government, local businesses and indigenous organizations operating in remote and regional Australia, particularly in North-Western Australia. She also has knowledge about diversity and inclusion, indigenous affairs, corporate governance and sustainability.

Mr Frances is an international mining executive of nearly 30 years experience in transacting, discovering and developing assets in Australia and Africa. Mr Frances led Mawson West (TSX: MWE) from 2006-2012, which included acquiring and recommissioning the Dikulushi coppersilver mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and relisting on the Toronto Stock Exchange for capital raise and IPO in 2010. Mr Frances served as Chairman and Managing Director of ASX listed Tawana Resources and Winward Resources, which was acquired by Independence Group Ltd (ASX:IGO) in 2016. Recently, Mr Frances has served as Managing Director for Dakota Minerals and Executive Chairman of Tiger Resources.
