Mr Sun is an experienced resource industry executive and has a career history spanning over three decades, including company directorships, executive-level management roles, and project and operational management. Mr Sun has previously worked for PepinNini in a senior management role, from 2009 - 2010, and also served on the Compan's Board as an Independent Non-executive, from 2011 - 2018. He is currently the Managing Director of Yara Group Pty Ltd, where he is responsible for the management of alluvial gold projects in Papua New Guinea. Prior to this role Mr Sun was Managing Director of Living Cities Development Group Ltd (formerly known as Ferrowest Ltd) from 2015 - 2016, where he managed the restructure of the Company to a focus on property project development. From 2012 - 2015, he worked as the general manager of TFA International Pty Ltd while also being a director of Outback Iron Pty Ltd, a joint venture between Taifeng Group and IMX Resources, and was responsible for the management of the Cairn Hill iron-copper mine in South Australia. Other previous roles include general manager of overseas minerals investment for Fosun International Group, the Chinese non-state-owned conglomerate, and vice general manager of a group of companies producing iron ore concentrates.

Mr Wessels has experience including leadership roles within multiple industries across mining (iron ore, coal, aggregates, manganese, copper-gold and lithium brine), metals, engineering, technology and services industries, and business operations internationally - including Australia, New Zealand, France, UK, Papua New Guinea, Hong Kong, China, South Africa, Gabon, Mexico, USA, Canada, Chile, Brazil and Argentina. He was formerly Vice President of Rincon Ltd, managing all engineering and operations of Rincon Mining Ltd, a subsidiary of Rincon Ltd, covering engineering, administration, commercial project delivery for the Rincon Salar Lithium Carbonate(LCE) production demonstration plant in preparation for project construction in Salta Province, Argentina. Previously Mr Wessels was CEO for Era Resources Inc copper-gold project in PNG and served as a Non-Executive Director for TSXV listed Meridian Mining SE with a manganese mining operation in Brazil. Acted as CEO for Regional Development Australia Mackay-Isaac Whitsunday Inc, a federal government initiative promoting collaboration for economic outcomes.

Ms Holland-Kennedy has more than 30 years experience in exploration company administration and data management. She has held positions with Robertson Research, Macquarie University, NSW Department of Mines and Energy as well as acting as exploration and data management consultant to AGL, Amax, BHP, AGIP, Shell, CRA, Caltex and Meekatharrra Mineral Limited. She is a Director of NiCul Minerals Ltd, PepinNini Robinson Range Pty Ltd, PepinNini QLD Pty Ltd, PepinNini Minerals International Pty Ltd and PepinNini Resources Curnamona Pty Ltd. She is a member of the Corporate governance committee.
