Incorporated in W.A. on 02/08/1985 as Framont Holdings Pty Ltd. Subsequent name change to OKA Motor Company Pty Ltd. On 14/09/1987 the company was converted to a public unlisted company. Name changed to Worldwide Technology Group Limited on 22/12/1999 and to Richfield Group Limited on 24/12/2002. Code changed to Victory West Moly Limited (VWM) on 12/02/2009. Name changed to Victory West Metals Limited (VWM) on 19/04/2011.
