Enterprise Metals Limited (ENT) is a Western Australian based company and is focused on gold and base metals exploration in Australia. The Company's primary objective is to create value for Shareholders through the discovery or acquisition of world class gold, base metal and iron ore deposits, which will lead to the Company becoming a profitable mining and exploration company.
Incorporated Revere Mining was incorporated in January 2007. Name changed to Enterprise Metals Limited (ENT) on 10/12/2008.

Dr Changshun Jia
Dr Jia is a geologist with mineral and mining industry experience in Asia, South America, Africa and Australia. Dr Jia has been part of exploration of the Sandstone Greenstone Belt by Alto Metals Ltd, which has attracted interest and resulted in takeover offers for Alto Metals Ltd from third parties. Dr Jia was previously General Manager of Minera Altamira Chile, South America and management of Enterprise Metals Ltd. Dr Jia is registered geologist of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, with expertise in mineral exploration and mining. Dr Jia is also a founder and director of Luna Resources Pty Ltd, providing corporate advisory services to public and private entities.

Mr Hallam has more than 40 years Australian and international resource industry experience. His operating and corporate experience is across a range of commodities (iron ore, bauxite, alumina, aluminium, gold, silver, copper, zinc and lead) and includes both surface and underground mining. Mr Hallam retired in 2011 to pursue a career as a professional non-executive director. He has held Australian and international non-executive director roles since 1997. His former executive roles include Director - Operations with Fortescue Metals Group, Executive General Manager - Developments & Projects with Newcrest Mining Limited, Director - Victorian Operations with Alcoa and Executive General Manager - Base and Precious Metals with North Ltd. He is also Chair of Risk Committee of the Company.

Dr Wang has minerals experience, and has been Chairman of Sinotech Minerals Exploration Co. Ltd since March 2004. He has been President of the Beijing Institute of Geology for Mineral Resources in China since 2002 and is an mining team leader with track record of discovering deposits around the world. Dr Wang has also held the title of Vice-President of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association since 2008 and was Executive Director of China Nonferrous Metals Resource Geological Survey from 2003 - 2015. Dr Wang is a leader in the metals industry in China with over 30 years experience in mineral resources exploration and mining. He is a member of Risk Committee.

Dr Trench is a business management consultant. His former roles include management of nickel and gold/base metal exploration teams in the Yilgarn region of WA, for WMC and for a group of ASX listed companies. Dr Trench worked as a business consultant for McKinsey and Company, then as a manager at KCGM Pty Ltd and Woodside Petroleum, and more lately as a consultant with CRU Group, providing business analysis and intelligence on the mining and metals and markets. He is currently Research Professor, Risk & Value, Centre for Exploration Targeting, University of Western Australia and Professor, UWA Business School. He is also Non-Executive Director of a number of overseas and Australian listed resources companies.

Mr Ryan had spend 20 years with CRA Ltd from 1977-1996, including 10 years as Chief Geologist for CRA Exploration in states of Australia. He was General Manager Exploration for Great Central Mines Ltd and Johnsons Well Mining NL from late 1996-2000, and provided geology consultancy services to Mark Creasy from 2001 to 2008, before he found Enterprise Metals Limited. For the past 14 years he has been a director of private mineral exploration consulting company XServ Pty Ltd. He was a Director of Alto Metals Limited (December 2012 - February 2019).
