The Company will be removed from the Official List at the close of trading on 27 February 2024 in accordance with Listing Rule 17.11, following implementation of the scheme of arrangement between it and its shareholders in connection with Paine Schwartz Partners, LLC, Driscoll's, Inc and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (together the 'Consortium') acquiring all of the issued shares in the Company the Consortium and its associates did not own.
