The February reporting season is now in full swing, and it's shaping up to be a big one.

According to data from FNArena, 52% of the stocks that have reported so far have beat estimates, while 43% have released results in line with expectations. Of the 21 stocks that have reported, only one stock has missed.

So which stocks are set to surprise to the upside over the month ahead, which will disappoint, and which have the management teams that can continue to steer them higher?

In this Rapid Fire interview, FNArena's Rudi Filapek-Vandyck shares what investors can expect over the coming month, as well as his outlook for the ASX over the year ahead - and all in around 60 seconds to boot.

Note: This interview was recorded on Wednesday 7 February 2024 and first appeared on Livewire Markets.
