Mr Higgins is an experienced executive in the mining, industrial and energy markets with experience in technical project delivery. Mr Higgins was the CEO and Managing Director of multi-discipline contractor ECM until it was acquired by GenusPlus Group (ASX: GNP) in 2019. He later served as an executive for GNP until 2021. He was also the past Chairman of the National Electrical and Communications Association (NECA) WA Chapter. He is also Chief Operating Officer of Rae Capital, a privately owned investment company with a diverse asset, property and equities portfolio.
