Sandra Bates

Ms Bates has more than 25 years if private practice and in-house experience advising management teams and boards of both listed and private companies in Europe, North America and Africa. She has experience of guiding companies in the natural resources sector through complex negotiations often with a cross-cultural element. She has experience of operating in the Balkans region, including exposure to the regulatory, stakeholder and operating environments relevant to mining projects in South-Eastern Europe. She is the chairperson of Risk Committee and a member of Technical Steering Committee and ESG Committee.
