Mr Baskerville has over 20 years of experience in leadership, digital business development, corporate transactions and corporate governance. He was the Founder and Managing Director of ASX listed IT solutions provider Empired Ltd, which he built into digital services firms across Australia and New Zealand with over 1200 staff. Mr Baskerville currently holds board positions across a number of ASX listed companies including Non-Executive Chairman of Bravura Solutions Limited (ASX:BVS) and One Click Group Limited (ASX:1CG) and Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chairman of Infotrust Ltd (ASX:ITS). Mr Baskerville is also a Non-Executive Director of HBF Health Limited.
