Ms Hollows has over 30 years' experience in the resources sector and has been responsible for exploration, evaluation, financing, development and operations of steelmaking coal mines. Her experience spans development, operational management, strategy, accounting and finance, mergers and acquisitions, risk management and corporate governance. Her previous roles include Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director of Macarthur Coal Limited (acquired by Peabody Energy), Managing Director of AMCI Australia and South East Asia, and Chief Executive Officer of Sunwater Limited. She is the chairperson of Risk and Sustainability committee.
