Mr Powell has been an advisor to the board of The Good Guys for 18 months prior to its acquisition by the Company. Mark has over 30 years of executive experience in retail, logistics and wholesale distribution in the UK, Spain, North America, Australia and New Zealand. This includes being UK Logistics Operations Director for Tesco Plc, running Walmart Canada's logistics operations and as CEO of the Warehouse Stationery retail chain in New Zealand. Mark is currently a non-executive director of My Food Bag Group Limited and will become its Chair in November 2026, and a non-executive director of Stihl Pty Limited. Mark was previously a non-executive director of Kiwi Property Group and Chair of its ESG Committee, a non-executive director and member of the Strategy and Audit, Compliance & Risk Committees of 7-Eleven Australia and a non-executive director, member of the Nominations, Remuneration and ESG Committee, and lead independent director of Bapcor Limited.
