Mr Jackson has over 25 years' experience in the mining sector. He specialises in M&A, public equity markets management and corporate finance and has sat on multiple TSX, ASX and LSE Boards. He is Non-Executive Chairman of Predictive Discovery Limited and Leeuwin Metals Ltd and a Non-Executive Director of Resolute Mining Limited. He has previously held senior management positions at several resource industry companies including Red Back Mining Inc and Orca Gold Inc.
