Dame Withers

Ms Withers brings experience spanning a 25-year career in the media industry, including CEO positions at Fairfax and The Radio Network, as well as being the former Chair of TVNZ. He previously held Chair positions at The Warehouse Group, Auckland International Airport and Mercury NZ Ltd, and as a director of NZ companies, most latterly at ANZ Bank New Zealand. Joan is a Trustee of the Louise Perkins Foundation and was formerly Chair of a steering committee focused on increasing the number of South Auckland Maori and Pacific students entering the health sector. She is member of risk committee and People and Performance Committee
