Ms Boyce has 25 years of strategy advisory experience in both Australia and the United States. Ms Boyce was a Director (Senior Partner) of Port Jackson Partners. She was a Partner at McKinsey & Co, working in the firms Sydney, New York and Chicago offices. Her previous experience includes Non-Executive Director of ASX-listed companies Greencross Limited, Monash IVF Group and OneView Healthcare. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of Vera Living and the SCEGGS Darlinghurst Trust.Ms Boyce will become a member of Remuneration & Human Resources Committee and the Safety & Sustainability Committee.
