Ms Cheadle is Chair of Compliance and Risk Committee. She has over 30 years of experience working in Australia, Asia (17 years), Russia and Jordan. Since returning to Australia, she has been on the board of nine ASX listed companies, two publicly unlisted companies and one government owned company. Her industry expertise is in professional services, technology, finance, renewable energy, infrastructure, and consumer products.
