Pantoro and Mineral Resources form a lithium development partnership

Pantoro (ASX: PNR) has reached a binding agreement with Mineral Resources (ASX: MIN) to explore and develop lithium deposits in a joint venture across the Norseman Gold Project tenure. 

Managing Director Paul Cmrlec commented:

“The agreement allow us to progress without any distraction from our core business of gold development and mining, while maximising value for our shareholders.”

AIC Mines reports significant increase in mineral resources at Eloise Copper Mine 

AIC Mines Limited (ASX: A1M) has reported additional survey data that has upgraded the mineral resource estimate at Eloise Copper Mine. Mineral resources have increased to 103,500 tonnes of contained copper and 93,300 ounces of contained gold. Compared to original August 2021 estimates, this is a 58% increase in copper and a 55% increase in gold. 

Managing Director Aaron Colleran said:

“This Mineral Resource upgrade provides further evidence of the clear potential to extend the Eloise mine life beyond five years.”

Minbos receives $6m placement to drive green ammonia and phosphate projects

Minbos Resources Limited (ASX: MNB) has successfully achieved a $6m placement at $0.10 per new share. The company’s green ammonia and phosphate nutrient projects stimulated demand for the placement, with funds to assist with progress towards fertilizer and carbon opportunities. 

CEO Lindsay Reed commented:

“We have received overwhelming support for this Placement, reinforcing our conviction that we have a truly remarkable opportunity in Angola. Angola is a sleeping agricultural giant which just needs fertiliser to wake it up.”

Golden Rim Resources delivers widest oxide gold intersection to date at Kada project

West African gold explorer Golden Rim Resources (ASX: GMR) has announced assay results from the second round of resource definition drilling at the Kada Gold Project in Guinea. 

Commenting on the announcement, Managing Director Craig Mackay said:

“The new gold intersections have filled multiple gaps in the previous drilling and will likely add significant ounces to our maiden Mineral Resource estimate, due in January 2022.”

Rimfire commences drilling at Fifield Platinum Project

Rimfire Pacific Mining NL (ASX: RIM) has begun drilling at its Platina Lead prospect at Fifield in central NSW. The samples will be assessed for platinum, gold, and associated platinum group elements. 

Managing Director and CEO Craig Riley commented:

“The company looks forward to commencing this program and also the arrival of different drilling rigs to undertake more programs on our other projects.”
