Food Revolution’s shares jump 11% as Woolworths greenlights new drinks

Food Revolution Group (ASX:FOD) has seen its share price lift 11% today on the news Woolworths supermarkets (ASX:WOW) will take on more of Food Revolution’s ‘Juice Lab’ product range. 

Woolworths has today greenlighted the company’s new ‘Calm’ wellness shot product, part of the Juice Lab catalogue. 

The beverage contains natural ingredients including hemp and lavender, marketed as being able to ‘de-stress’ consumers. 

Woolworths has also expanded the entire Juice Lab wellness shot range to 70% of its stores nationally. 

At the same time, the wellness shots are being exported to Asian markets through distributor Easychef where beneficial health products receive reliable enthusiasm.

Don’t forget about Costco 

At the same time, Food Revolution’s Original Juice Company products (separate from Juice Lab) are being sold at Costco, awarding Food Revolution exposure to two major chain stores and an international market. 

The company notes “early sales success” in its Costco offerings, and expects to expand its product range on Costco shelves.

Further products hitting the shelves next month 

Food Revolution adds the ‘Veggie Goodness’ juice range will hit shelves in Woolworths stores across the country on Wednesday July 6th at the start of the 2023 financial year. 

The company also claims its Juice Lab brand can boast the title of Australia’s dominant leader in juice shots with a 50% market share. 

Competitors Mojo and Remedy hold a 27% and 12% share respectively, the company states.
