Dr Yang is a chemical engineer with 30 years of experience in the energy and petrochemical industry. She has background and experience in areas of safety and sustainability, technology development and innovation, sales and marketing, project development and execution, manufacturing and operations, and strategic growth including renewable energy development. She worked in the US and Asia with executive roles including general manager in joint ventures, President of BP Asia Aromatics, President of BP China and Chairman of BP China Holdings. She is a member of Risk, People, Performance & Culture Committee.
