Ms Howard is Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Escala, with over 20 years experience in financial services, spanning wealth management, investment operations, business operations, risk management and governance. She began her career at UBS Wealth Management in the United Kingdom before joining UBS in Australia in 2008. Ms Howard subsequently held senior roles at Crestone Wealth Management and Koda Capital, where she led advice services and developed experience in operational oversight, regulatory frameworks and risk management.
