Mr McGrouther has over 30 years of financial services and corporate advisory services. He is a co-founder and current director at KTM Capital, a Sydney-based boutique investment bank involved in corporate advisory and underwriting services. Since KTM's inception in 1988, the Company has assisted over 60 clients in more than 150 transactions, raising over $600 million of equity capital. Prior to founding KTM Capital, Tod was a Director of the Corporate Finance Department of Prudential Bache Securities Limited, and prior to that, he was an Associate Director at Bankers Trust Australia.
