Mr Bowen is an executive and company director with more than 30 years of leadership roles across listed and private companies. He brings finance and capital management experience combined with hands-on operational oversight and governance discipline. Mr Bowen was an independent Non-Executive Director of BHP from 2017 to 2023, where he chaired the Risk and Audit Committee. He has also served as a Non-Executive Director of Transurban and Coles Group. He is currently President of Rokt, a global ecommerce technology company headquartered in New York, a role he has held since July 2025 and which concludes on 31 August 2026, when he will transition to an advisor to the Rokt Board and base himself full time in Australia. He is also a Senior Advisor to BGH Capital in Melbourne, having previously been a Partner of BGH and Chair of its Operations Group. Earlier in his executive career, he was Finance Director and an executive director of Wesfarmers Limited for eight years, and before that, was Chief Financial Officer of Jetstar Airways.
