Mr Sewell joined Abacus Group in October 2017, bringing over 20 years experience in real estate funds management, asset management, equity and debt capital markets and M&A transactions. His prior career experience is in listed and unlisted real estate funds management businesses, across real estate sectors, providing Commercial experience and insight in relation to institutional investors, the whole Abacus Groups business and sector specialised investment strategies, capital allocation and devel oping third party capital relationships. He was appointed Abacus Groups Managing Director in April 2018, and is a member and past Chairman of the Shopping Centre Council of Australia
