Stephen Gardiner

Mr Gardiner has over 40 years of corporate finance experience with major ASX-listed companies, including 17 years at Oil Search Limited, where he spent eight years as Chief Financial Officer. During his time at Oil Search, he oversaw corporate finance, treasury, tax, audit, risk management, investor relations, ICT, and sustainability, and also served as Group Secretary for ten years. Earlier, he held senior corporate finance roles with CSR Limited and Pioneer International Limited. He has extensive experience in capital management and funding, including debt and equity arrangements, and played a key role in financing the US$15 billion PNG LNG Project.
