Simon Kidston

Mr Kidston is an experienced company director and former investment banker with over 30 years of experience. He was the founding Director of Genex Power Limited which was acquired by J-Power in July 2024. Prior to his work at Genex, Mr Kidston had a career in investment banking working with Macquarie Bank, HSBC and Helmsec Global Capital. He has experience and a track record in assisting growth phase companies through accessing capital, negotiating strategic relationships and M&A. Mr Kidston also serves on a number of other boards including as a Non-Executive Director of Lithium Plus Minerals, Non-Executive Chairman of Energy Transition Minerals, Non-Executive Chairman of Permagen Limited (Private), Non-Executive Director of Moonlight Resources Limited, Non-Executive Director of Greentech Metals Ltd and Non-Executive Director of Bifox Limited.
