Simon Cato

Mr Cato has had over 35 years' capital markets experience in broking, regulatory roles (with ASX in Sydney and Perth) and as a director of listed companies. From 1991 until 2006, he was an executive director and/or responsible executive of three stockbroking firms. During that time, Mr Cato was involved in the formation of a number of companies, including writing prospectuses and managing the listing process and has been through the process of IPO listing in the dual role of broker and director. Since 2006, Mr Cato has been an executive and non-executive director of a number of public listed companies with a range of different business activities and was a founding director of Greenland Minerals Limited (now known as Energy Transition Minerals Limited).
