Simon Allen

Mr Allen has over 40years of commercial and governance experience in the New Zealand and Australian capital markets and was Chief Executive of investment bank BZW/ABN AMRO in New Zealand for 21 years. Simon is a former Trustee of the New Zealand Antarctic Heritage Trust, a former Chair of Z Energy Limited and was Chair of Channel Infrastructure NZ Limited (previously known as The New Zealand Refining Company Limited). He was also the inaugural Chair of NZX Limited, Financial Markets Authority, Auckland Council Investments Limited, and Crown Infrastructure Partners Limited (previously known as Crown Fibre Holdings Limited). He is also a member of People and Risk Committee.
