Shane McLeay

Mr McLeay is a has over 30 years of experience. He has a track record in starting up and operating mines of scale, with a skillset that includes project management, building teams and operational ramp-up to steady-state production. He has experience in senior operational site management, predominantly in gold and base metal hard rock mines, prior to founding Entech in 2010. He is the member of the risk committee and Sustainability Committee.
