Shane McLeay

Mr McLeay is a mining engineer and manager in the resource sector with over 30 years' experience. He has worked in starting up and operating mines of varying scale, with responsibilities that have included project management, team development, and overseeing operational ramp-up to steady-state production. He has experience in operational site management, predominantly in gold and base metal hard rock mines, prior to founding Entech. He is member of Risk Committee and Sustainability Committee.
