Mr Ritchie began his career as a petroleum engineer with Schlumberger for 28 Years and then joined OMV, where he worked for a further twelve years. He has 40 years of global experience in leadership roles and as a Health, Safety, Environmental and Security (HSSE) executive in the oil and gas industry, including serving as corporate Senior Vice President of HSSE and Sustainability at OMV in Vienna, Austria. He is chair of risk and Sustainability committee.
