Mr Ritchie began his career as a petroleum engineer with Schlumberger for 28 Years and then joined OMV, where he worked for a further twelve years. Mr Ritchie has more than 40 years of global experience in leadership roles and as a Health, Safety, Environmental and Security (HSSE) executive in the oil and gas industry, including serving as corporate Senior Vice President of HSSE and Sustainability at OMV in Vienna, Austria. He is also Chair of Operational Risk and Sustainability Committee.
