Ms Rees is a Non-Executive Director, Risk Committee Chair, and Chief Financial Officer with over 35 years' experience across ASX-listed and multinational organisations in the mining, energy, industrial, transport, and logistics sectors. She brings experience in financial stewardship, capital allocation discipline, risk management, governance uplift, and strategic leadership, with a track record of supporting organisations operating in regulated environments. Ms Rees previously served as a Non-Executive Director of MACA Ltd, a mining services company, where she also chaired the Audit Committee. She has also served as a Non-Executive Director of the Governance Institute of Australia, including as President (2019) and Chair of the Risk, Finance and Audit Committee. She is currently a Non-Executive Director and Audit & Risk Committee Chair of the Western Australian Cricket Association. Her previous executive roles include Vice President Corporate Affairs of Uranium One (TSX/NYSE), Group Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Lionel Samson Sadleir Group, Empire Oil & Gas NL, Peninsula Energy Ltd (ASX), Chief Financial Officer Rex Minerals Ltd (ASX), and Group General Manager Corporate Governance & Company Secretary at Hills Holdings Ltd (ASX). She has capital markets experience, including involvement in major M&A transactions, debt and equity financing, and the development of resource projects from feasibility through to production.
