Peter Polson

Mr Polson has experience in the global financial services industry. Most recently as Managing Director of Colonial First State Group, the international funds management business within the Colonial Group, and before that as an executive with the Commonwealth Banking Group with responsibility for all investment and insurance services. These included the group's funds management, master funds, superannuation and insurance businesses and third-party support services for brokers, agents and financial advisers. He is currently Chairman of Avant Group Insurance Limited and Very Special Kids. Until October 2022, Peter was Chairman of Challenger Limited and Challenger Life Company Limited. Peter is also a Director of Avant Mutual Group Limited and Avant Group Holdings Limited.
