Mr James has over 30 years' experience in the Technology, Telecommunications and Media Industries, and has extensive experience as Chair, Non-Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer across a range of publicly listed and private companies. Most recently, Mr. James was the chair of Nearmap, which was sold to Thoma Bravo (US private equity firm) for $1.06 billion, in December 2022. Mr. James joined the Board of DroneShield on 1 April 2016. Mr. James is an experienced business leader with strategic and operational expertise.
