Peter Everingham

Mr Everingham is an executive with more than 25 years' corporate experience, including 18 years in senior executive roles in the digital sector. He was formerly Managing Director of SEEK Limited's International Division, and served as a Non-Executive Director of iCar Asia Limited, WWF Australia, ME Bank and education businesses: IDP Education, Online Education Services and THINK Education. Peter has also served as Chairman of SEEK's China subsidiary, Zhaopin Limited. Prior to SEEK, Peter was Director of Strategy for Yahoo in Australia and Southeast Asia. He is Director of Medibank Private Limited (since March 2022). He is Chair of the Board Human Resources Committee and member of the Board Risk and Sustainability Committee (since 1 September 2023).
