Paul led a number of engagements in luxury consumer products and beauty-tech. Paul was the CEO of Swedish brand FOREO, from its 2013 inception, to what was effectively global market leadership with over USD 1 billion in revenues and a presence in over 80 countries achieved in a short period of five years. In addition to his zeal for innovation across all activities of an organisation, Paul's drive is also rooted in his experience in management consulting. He was part of the Milan-based GEA for over 10 years, engaging with global leaders on product and brand development.
