Prior to joining FBM, Paul held senior executive positions at Mineral Resources Limited (MinRes) (ASX: MIN),. He also held the position of Chief Executive Lithium at MinRes. With over 20 years of experience, Paul has experience including general management, operational management, technical leadership, project/studies management, business improvement, mineral resource evaluation, and mine planning.
