Nigel Clark

Mr Clark spent almost 20 years advising on cross-border finance, restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. He has lived and worked in Australia, Asia and Europe and now consults to businesses across the Australia, Asia Pacific, Europe and United Kingdom regions, while also serving on boards. More recently, he built and led two professional services businesses. He co-founded and managed Peregrine Law in the United Kingdom, which was acquired by Nexa in January 2020, where he served as Chief Executive Officer until 2024 and remains on the board as a non-executive shareholder director. He is the part of risk committee.
