Mr Barclay has experience within the energy and telecommunications sectors and has held the role of Chief Executive of Meridian Energy since early 2018. Neal has held a number of executive roles at Meridian Energy since 2008 and prior to that was at Telecom New Zealand (now Spark) in senior finance leadership roles.
