Richard Mike Harding

Mr Harding has held management positions around the world with British Petroleum (BP), including President and General Manager of BP Exploration Australia. Mr Harding is a former Director of Cleanaway Waste Management Limited, former Chairman of Downer, Lynas Limited, Roc Oil Company Limited, Clough Limited and ARC Energy Limited and a former Director of Santos Limited. He is Chairman of Disclosure Committee.
